Carly Beales is a Non-Executive Director of APA, being a practicing PA herself, and helps oversee the Code of Practice and our services to members.
Carly started work as a receptionist and was quickly recognised for her administrative and communication skills. She has been employed as a PA working for a leading trade association, a major technology recruitment company and a leading insurer.
She currently works for the Bank of America and is based in the City; after a long spell in London’s Docklands, where she provides support to a Director and several managers.
Carly has undergone formal PA, time management and assertiveness training and has operated as a secretary to senior Boards of Directors. She is a Fellow of APA and holds the prestigious Diploma in Personal Assistance (DipPA).
